Job Responsibilities

  • Develop the long-term company marketing strategy, with an emphasis on achieving B2B sales growth, market penetration, and cost-effective customer acquisition
  • Develop and implement a winning Lead Generation strategy
  • Take ownership of the business's reputation and recognition; including brand, PR, and communications
  • Work closely with the Sales Team; enabling them to meet their objectives
  • Work closely with the Product Team; to define marketing strategies for new and existing products
  • Continual market reviews, consumer trends, and the activities of competitors,
  • Stay on top of new web3 trends and cutting-edge tech for the business

Minimum Requirements

  • Track record of successfully scaling Marketing teams demonstrating progressive responsibility for marketing
  • Experience working with a high-growth or scaling business has implemented a successful lead-generation marketing plan
  • Excellent communication and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience delivering marketing solutions in a high-growth SaaS environment
